What are the true motives of the WHO?

URGENTLY NEEDED ACTION

Australia risks losing its sovereignty to the WHO as a result of proposed changes to the World Health Assembly's (WHA's) International Health Regulations (IHR), even if Australia votes against the proposals.

One of the many proposed amendments to the
IHR includes
removing wording such as "dignity,
human rights and fundamental freedoms"
.

This will undoubtedly alarm those of us who value, or are involved with the protection of our inalienable rights and freedoms.

Who is the World Health Organization?

  • Founded in 1948, the WHO is primarily a bureaucracy, not a body of experts.

  • As a specialised agency of the United Nations (UN), the WHO has assumed responsibility for international public health.

  • The current Director General is Tedros Rdhanom Ghebreyesus, a former leader of Ethiopia's pro-Chinese Communist Party.

  • Prior to the 1980s, the WHO relied on funding from Member States only, allowing it to fulfil its original ethos of promoting a democratic, holistic approach to public health.

  • Each Member State has to pay a fixed amount to the WHO.

  • Since the 1980s, voluntary contributions from some Member States and private donors have increased to 80 percent of the WHO’s budget ($7.2 billion in 2021).

  • Voluntary contributions from Member States and funding from private donors come with the condition that they can decide which projects to fund. This steers the WHO toward corporatised, commodity-based approaches which generate profit for private and corporate sponsors.

  • The largest Member State donor is Germany, the biggest exporter of pharmaceuticals. The second largest donor is the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In all likelihood, this leads to a financial conflict of interest.

  • The WHO has contracts with T Systems, a subsidiary of German company "Deutsche Telekom AG", to build a global interoperable system of vaccination passports.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

  • Changes of the WHO International Health Regulations (IHR) and the Pandemic Treaty

Two international legal agreements currently working their way through the World Health Organisation are a new pandemic treaty, and amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations.

They plan to:

  • Change IHR from “non-binding” to binding

  • Introduce digital health certificates, including vaccine passports

  • Require surveillance of “misinformation and  disinformation”

  • Enforce lockdown measures at the discretion of WHO Director-General

  • Allow WHO to declare an emergency at will

  • Remove critical language granting “full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons”

  • Commandeer medical supplies and require nations to use only certain medications â€‹

The proposed new powers would cut across not only the Universal Declaration of Human Rights but also the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. They delete "with full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons".

  • The UN and World Health Organisation targets Children: Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe.

The UN and the World Health Organisation have orchestrated a ‘framework for policy makers, educational and health authorities and specialists to standardise the diverse teaching practices of each sovereign nation within Europe. Their preferred framework demands that sex education begin at birth and be guided by the State via the relentless work of educators instead of the current model of parent-led development. WHO & the Threat to our Health System

The WHO is using a dual strategy to extend its reach and control of global health. If the proposed 307 amendments are passed, any country - including Australia - which does not opt out in the next 6 months, will be bound to the regulations and will forfeit control of its health system to the WHO. In this interview Professor Robyn Cosford outlines the background and details the immediate threats.
